Chicken breast are marinated in a tangy Middle Eastern-style blend of Turkish yogurt, lemon, garlic and spices, then grilled on skewers until golden brown.

3 lbs (1,4 kg) Chicken breast
1 Cup (2,5 dl) turkish yogurt
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoons Sumac
1 teaspoons Black pepper
1 teaspoons cumin powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1/4 (0,75 dl) cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Garlic clove
