Yes, you heard me right – Kebab Chaat. Chaat all over India is so popular so I decided to make a carnivore version for some of us. Ground meat is marinated with spices and then formed into golf style meatballs. You can cook the meatballs anyway you like, but I chose to cook these in my airfryer. This does not use any oil, in fact it will drain off excess fat in these meatballs. As an alternative you can fry these meatballs or cook them in the oven.
Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!
Kebabs (makes 26)
2 lbs ground Meat
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp ground Pepper
2 tbsps Ginger & Garlic paste
1 tbsp finely chopped Chilli
1/2 cup finely minced Onion
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp red Chilli powder
1 – 2 Eggs
2 cups salted whipped Yogurt
6 tbsps Green Chutney
6 tbsps Tamarind chutney
Sprinkle Chaat Masala Cumin powder & Chilli powder
2 tsps sliced green Chilli
1/2 cup Coriander
1/2 cup Sev
6 tbsps Pomegranate seeds
Mix all the kebab ingredients together, taste for seasoning and then form into 26 golf sized balls
Air fry at 6-8 mins or cook as per your preference
Place the kebabs on a plate and cover with the whipped yogurt
Add the green and tamarind chutney
Add the masalas
Add onion rings, green chilli and chopped coriander
Add the sev and finally the pomegranate seeds

Doner kebab is one of my favourite take out foods, but I wanted to show you all my take on the authentic Turkish doner kebab recipe. It’s so easy to make and with the tips and tricks I share with you, this recipe will be a breeze!
500 grams meat- minced
1 tablespoon thyme (or oregano if you can’t find thyme)
100 grams fat- minced
½ tablespoons chili flakes
2 tablespoons yogurt
½ tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons yogurt
¾ teaspoon dill
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 cloves garlic- minced
1 small cucumber- chopped
Salt- to taste
2 tablespoons yogurt
a pinch of red chili flakes
1 tablespoon red chili paste
1 teaspoon vinegar
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon ginger (optional)
A pinch of pepper
1 tomato – chopped
1 green pepper- chopped
1 cucumber- chopped
½ teaspoon parsley
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil

How to make kebab at home – easy&delicious
Video is made in english but discuss and questions could be in english or slovakia language
ingredients: tortilla wraps, chicken breast, mayounasse sauce, 2x white yogurt, salad, onion, tomatos, garcil, pepper, salt, gyroskebab spice and oil
how to: Chop the chicken breast, add salt pepper, kebab spices and oil. Mix everything and place in the fridge for about 2 hours. Prepare dressing: Combine two yogurts, 6 spoons of mayounasse sauce and garlic.
Fry the meat in the pan, about 10-15 minutes. Bake wraps on pan of both sides after about 1-2 min. Put into wraps salad, dressing, meat, onion tomatos, dressing again and wrap it.
Ingrediencie: tortilla wraps, kuracie maso,tatarska omacka, 2x jogurt biely 150g, salat, cibula, paradajky, cesnak, cierne korenie, sol, gyroskebab korenie a olej
Postup: nakrajame maso na male platky, pridame sol cierne korenie, kebab korenie a olej. Vsetko premiesame a dame do chladnicky na cca 2 hodiny. Pripravime dressing: zmiesame 2 jogurty, 6 lyziciek tatarskej a cesnak.
Maso pecieme na panvici cca 10 – 15 min. Nasledne opecieme placku z jednej aj druhej strany po cca 1 – 2 min. Na placu polozime list salatu, dressing, maso, nakrajanu cibulu a paradajku. Zalejeme este dresingom a zabalime do alobalu.
