Ingredients:
1 Onion (diced) / प्याज
1 Inch Ginger / अदरक
8-10 Garlic Cloves / लहसुन
2 Green Chillies / हरी मिर्च
250 Gms Chicken (minced) / चिकन (कीमा बनाया हुआ)

1tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder /धनिया पाउडर
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder / जीरा पाउडर
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder / काली मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 tsp Garam masala Powder / गरम मसाला
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 Egg (whisked) / अंडा
1Tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped) / पुदीना
Salt / नमक
2 Tbsp Gram Flour (roasted) / बेसन
2Tbsp Oil / तेल

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Minced – 500 Gms
Green Chili – 2 Nos
Ginger – Half Tsp
Garlic – Half Tsp
Salt – Half Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – Half Tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 Tsp
Whole Spice Powder – Half Tsp

Method :

In a Bowl, add chicken Minced, ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander Leaves, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and Mix everything together

Mixing till everything comes together

Make small patties from the chicken mince mixture

Heat a Tawa and add some oil

Place the chicken mince patties onto the Tawa

Cook the kebabs on both sides till you get a rich brown color

Take the chicken mince kebab out and serve them hot with some mint yoghurt dip

Chicken Gilafi Seekh Kabab
Ingredients:
600g Chicken mince
2 Onion (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Green capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Green chili (chopped)
3-4 Green Chilies
Salt to taste
Oil as required
1 tbsp Cashew
1 tbsp Almonds (peeled)
1/4 cup Mint (chopped)
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Fresh cream

Directions:
In a grinder add mince, onion, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leave, green chilies, fresh cream, cashew and almonds.
Grind all these ingredients well.
Skewer the mince onto wooden skewers.
Take chopped onion, capsicum and coriander leaves in a flat plate.
Wrap these chopped vegetables around the kebabs.
Bake them in oven at 180 degree for 8 to 10 minutes.
Your Gilafi Kababs are ready to serve.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

غلافی کباب ریسپی
اجزاء:
چکن قیمہ 600گرام
چوپڈ پیاز 2عدد
چوپڈٹماٹر 2عدد
سبز شملا مرچ 2عدد
دھنیے کے پتے 1کھانے کا چمچ
سبز مرچیں 1کھانے کا چمچ
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت
کاجو 20گرام
بادام 20گرام
پودینہ 10گرام
لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1کھانے کا چمچ
گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 1کھانے کا چمچ
ذیرہ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ
لیموں کا رس 1کھانے کا چمچ
فریش کریم 1کھانے کا چمچ
کیوڑا واٹر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ترکیب:
ایک گرینڈر میں قیمہ، پیاز،نمک، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، گرم مصالحہ، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، ذیرہ پاؤڈر، لیموں کا رس، دھنیے کے پتے، پودینے کے پتے، سبز مرچیں، فریش کریم، کیوڑا واٹر، کاجو اور بادام ڈال کر تمام اجزاء ڈال کر اچھی طرح گرینڈ کر لیں۔
اب اس قیمے کے مکسچر کو لکڑی کی سیخ پر لگا کر کباب بنا لیں۔
پھر ایک پلیٹ میں چوپڈ پیاز،چوپڈ سبز شملا مرچ اور چوپڈ ٹماٹرڈالیں۔
اب یہ تمام سبزیاں کباب کے ساتھ اچھی طرح لپیٹلیں۔
پھر تیار کئے ہوئے کباب کو 180’cپر آٹھ سے دس منٹ کے لئے بیک کر لیں۔
تیاری کا وقت: 20منٹ
پکانے کا وقت: 15منٹ
