Ingredients:
1 Onion (diced) / प्याज
1 Inch Ginger / अदरक
8-10 Garlic Cloves / लहसुन
2 Green Chillies / हरी मिर्च
250 Gms Chicken (minced) / चिकन (कीमा बनाया हुआ)

1tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder /धनिया पाउडर
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder / जीरा पाउडर
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder / काली मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 tsp Garam masala Powder / गरम मसाला
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 Egg (whisked) / अंडा
1Tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped) / पुदीना
Salt / नमक
2 Tbsp Gram Flour (roasted) / बेसन
2Tbsp Oil / तेल

Chicken Kebab Recipe in Hindi | चिकन कबाब रेसिपी | Simple Recipe | Tasty & Tender Chicken Kebab



Learn how to make Chicken Tawa Kebab in this simple, easy & quick recipe from our favorite Chef, Priyadarshini Gupta.

We all gorge and feast on street side chapli kababs or galouti kababs. But it isn’t really healthy to always eat from outside. So this weekend, sit back and watch this video where our lovely chef Priyadarshini Gupta shows you how to make delicious Chicken Tawa Kababs at home. Hope you enjoy this video.

Cooking Time: 25-30 Minutes
Calories: Approx. 350/Plate

Ingredients:
1 Cup Chicken Keema
1/2 cup soaked chana dal
Chopped ginger and garlic
1 chopped onion
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
4-5 small elaichi
4-5 peppercorns
1 Cup water
A pinch of salt
3-4 finely chopped green chillies
A pinch of dhaniya leaves
1 TBSP chopped onions
Oil for cooking.

Method: Take 1 Cup (150gm) Chicken keema, 1/2 Cup soaked chana dal, a pinch of chopped ginger, few cloves of garlic, 1 chopped onion, 2 pieces of bay leaves (Tej Patta), 1 stick cinnamon, 4-5 small elaichi, 4-5 peppercorns, 1 Cup water, a pinch of salt and mix well so that all the ingredients come together to blend the flavours. Now cover the kid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes. Set the flame of the gas to a low setting.
After 15-20 minutes, transfer all the ingredients to the blender to make a fine paste. Make sure, you don’t transfer the cinnamon stick and bay leaves as they are only meant for flavours and can spoil your kebabs with a bitter taste. Transfer the paste to a bowl. Add 3-4 finely chopped green chillies, a pinch of dhaniya leaves, 1 Tbsp finely chopped onions and mix well. Grease the pan with some oil as we are ready to cook the Kababs. Set the flame to a medium and pan cook the Kababs on both sides. Steaming hot chicken Tawa Kababs are ready. Serve with green chutney.
