**Ingredients**
Soya Granules – 100 grams
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
French Beans – 1/4th cup
Carrot – 1/4th Cup
Coriander Powder – 1.5 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – As Required
Besan – ½ cup
Oil – 3 tbsp

सोया ग्रान्युल्स – १०० ग्राम
अदरक पेस्ट – १ छोटा चम्मच
लहसुन पेस्ट – १ छोटा चम्मच
फंसी – १/४ कप
गाजर – १/४ कप
धनिया पाउडर – १.५ बड़े चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – १ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला – १ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा पाउडर – १ छोटा चम्मच
नमक – स्वादानुसार
बेसन – १/२ कप
तेल – ३ बड़ा चम्मच

**Notes**
1. You can also use Soya Chunks in place of Granules. Boil, Rinse and Squeeze out excess water, then pulse in the blender. Everything else remains the same, just add more Besan(Chickpea Flour), if needed
2. Be sure to cut the French Beans thin
3. Use more/less chickpea flour(Besan), as required to bind well
4. Once cooked, the inner part of the kebab will become firm too and no longer seem pasty
5. To make it mildly spicy, you can add green chilli paste to the granules
6. DO NOT add water, if you add too much of besan by mistake, add a little oil/curd
7. Serve with green chutney or mint yoghurt dip/chutney
8. Serve hot, can add a little chaat masala for that extra punch
9. You can also bake it at 220°C for 10 minutes in a preheated oven
