Eid ul Adha is just round the corner and to make your Eid special, here’s my most requested recipe of Shami Kebabs.
You can never go wrong with this recipe, it’s a foolproof recipe of authentic Pakistani Shami Kebabs.
The best thing about this recipe is that it’s super quick (using a pressure cooker) and it doesn’t need a food processor. You can make the most delicious reshay wale shami kebabs with no fuss!
1 kg boneless beef cut in small cubes
1 cup chana lentils (soaked for 2 hours)
whole spices: 1 bayleaf, 2 small cinnamon sticks, 3 cloves , 5 to 6 black peppers, 2 black cardamoms
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 green chillis
few cloves of garlic and a small piece of ginger
2 onion sliced
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
bunch of mint and coriander
2 green chillis
1 large onion chopped
salt adjusted according to your taste
